So today I’m trying out Acai bowls and it’s my first time ever having them delivered! When Acai Bowl SG contacted me to try out their Acai bowls, I was thrilled. They’re one of my favourite desserts and they’re also kind of healthy with a large assortment of fruits, chia seeds, and healthy nuts and grains often mixed into the bowl.
If you’re unsure, Acai is a popular healthy treat that comes from the acai berry, a known superfruit. The Acai is often blended with other fruits like a frozen smoothie of sorts and then topped with a variety of toppings. The Acai from the Acai Lab uses their own Purple Blend which uses multiple purple superfoods which increases the nutrition level of their acai bowls. An acai bowl is antioxidant rich, full of fiber and vitamins, heart healthy omega 3, 6 and 9 and is lower in natural sugar than other desserts or treats.
After placing my order at Acaibowl.com.sg, the order came in around 2 hours time which was a little longer than expected. However it still came! On the website, you can actually choose which toppings you’d like and customise your own Acai Bowl. I loaded mine with more fruits.
When the bowls came, I was happy to find that they were still cold and ready to eat. I was concerned they would melt on the journey over, but they didn’t at all. They were delicious! It was such a great treat that is hard to find even outside, and now its delivered to you. The fruits were really fresh and the acai was well blended and tasted really refreshing and not too sweet. It was a very welcome treat.
Although the delivery took a little longer than expected, it was National Day after all, I would highly recommend ordering from The Acai lab when you need a good fix.
