Meld Magazine- Foundation 101 & Um, Where Have you Been?

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to say, wow now there are 251 of you on here and I must say welcome to the family! I’m sorry that I haven’t been updating this baby as often but my break is in 2 weeks so I need to finish mid semester exams and assignments before I can enjoy my freedom and contrary to popular belief, blogging takes more time with the pictures than filming and editing in my opinion. All those watermarks…

I also wanted to swingby and tell you that I have a new article up for Meld Magazine, so you should check it out here:

It was an awesome experience getting to work with a photographer and a model, both being international students here in Melbourne as well. I will be back in 2 weeks my loves and I’m sorry for the hold-back. This week alone, I have 2 assignments and 2 mid semester exams – life is just dandy isn’t it? My most important exam is next Monday though. Wish me luck!

I also finally got a new blackberry – blackberry curve 9300 – it’s my new baybay!

I even started a vlog channel (I know, I know) sometimes I just want to express myself other than just beauty related items alright? So, here’s an unboxing video I did of my new baby, really amateur I know. But, yea, I absolutely love unboxing videos and I love gadgets. I don’t think I have enough money to be a tech geek so I watch people open things so I can feel it even though it hasn’t happened.

Don’t laugh. I also quit my job because I couldn’t handle everything honestly, 2nd year uni is tons more stressful and I couldn’t handle running the social media of a company. An actual company. It’s not like a school simulation, it’s the real thing and the real deal. They hired me because they believed I could help them change their image – which was nice of them. Better to exit early while I could and Dad says there’s a time for everything. They were pretty opposed to me working as well because they didn’t send me all the way to Australia to work and not study.

I would for sure stay and do the job well if I wasn’t studying. Like I could for sure see that as a full time job somehow. But, I just couldn’t handle it really and that’s a tough thing to say because I have quite an extensive limit but yea an 8 am – 6 pm shift three days a week and thinking about it doesn’t stop there..won’t help my studies and that should be priority. I didn’t get the internship I wanted soley because I couldn’t stay for long enough ( I was exaclty what they were looking for they said :( ) so I applied for one more, the director is checking so hopefully it’s a yes. I know a 3 month internship is hard to come by. If not, I travel with parents. I’m hoping a stopover in London so I can see my sister, haven’t seen her in a while. :( We’ll see what the rents say though. It’ll be good either way.

Here are some pictures from the Commerce Ball – it was at Crown :)

All friends from when I stayed in College..

anyone know Jayesslee? They flew these youtubers in just to sing at our ball..

Did my own make-up, and didn’t do my hair – I regret not doing it up though! haha

Anyone know Daniel Ye or www.youtube.com/allaboutdaniel ? We decided to meet up and I met up with him at Starbucks a week ago to have a coffee and chat before we had work and he’s so funny, here’s a shoutout to Daniel, we are thinking of doing a video together soon so look forward to that. He’s amazing so go and subscribe!
